- Successfully converted the Sun Times News Group account, a Chicago-based newspaper company, to one of the most profitable group despite having the lowest transaction price among other properties. Personally conducted the transition management in Illinois, and started the team with 30 FTE on October 2008, now down to 14 FTE after a year. The team continuously meeting the SLA on quality and delivery performance, with a lot lesser members in the team.
- Able to retain the good record started by the new NCI team with Ottawa Citizen, a Canwest Newspaper group based in Ottawa, Canada, after nearly six months (of 2009) the account was turned over to Operations under my group. The success resulted of more new business coming in to Manila, from other six Canwest properties.
- Accomplished a successful transition management for Florida Times Union done on the latter part of 2007, a Morris Communication Newspaper group based in Florida. Started the team with 17 FTE. The offshore team is now considered one of the most experienced and productive team.
